KNIGHT HAWKS FLY HIGH IN 65-33 WIN OVER PANTHERS

The Knight Hawks finished their home schedule with a win against the Bay Area Panthers, 65-33, at The Dollar Loan Center.
 
HOW IT WENT DOWN
The game got off to a quick start with the Knight Hawks striking first on a passing touchdown from Cameron Dukes to Jordan CronkriteDevonte Sapp-Lynch then ran it in to put the team up by 14. Duane Gary and the Panthers answered back with a rushing touchdown and a kickoff return from Gary, sandwiched around a Cronkrite rushing touchdown and a Nolan Kohorst field goal.

The Knight Hawks made an early second half statement with a forced fumble and a successful recovery by Kai Higgins. The Knight Hawks offense produced a touchdown from Jordan McCray. Isaiah Thomas and the Panthers kept the game close as he scored, but Dukes responded with a strike to KD Cannon. The defense continued to make their mark when Devin Washington came up with an interception. This led to another Dukes touchdown, this time to Kasey Allison, putting the team up 24. Bay Area got back on the board with Gary running it in for his third touchdown. Sapp-Lynch had his second TD of the night, followed by Kalen Hicks recovering an onside kick leading to another Allison touchdown. Thomas and Isaac Hurd connected for a touchdown, but Vegas and Cannon drained the clock and scored in the final second. The Knight Hawks finished their final home game of the season with the win.
 
Dukes' hot streak continued. He threw 25-of-39 for 315 yards and six touchdowns. He also led the team in rushing yards with 22. Allison and Cannon finished the game with a pair of touchdowns and over 100 receiving yards combined.  Allison set the Knight Hawks' single-game record for receptions (9).
 
Isaac Heard finished the game on 3-of-4 passing for 20 yards and a touchdown. Duane Gary had two rushing touchdowns for 21 yards and a kickoff return touchdown.
