The Veteran QB found Wide Receiver Dwight Blakey on an 11-yard strike in the second quarter. It was the first touchdown of the season for Blakey, who found the end zone again on a 10-yard run in the second half.

Running Back Bryson Denley also scored on a pair of rushing touchdowns in the win.

Three different Storm defenders recorded an interception against the Barnstormers on Sunday, including Safety Eugene Ford who snagged his second in as many games.

Antwan Hadley and James Brown each recorded their first interceptions in a Sioux Falls Storm uniform.

Brown’s 3rd quarter pick six was the first defensive touchdown of the season for a Storm defense that currently ranks 1st in the IFL in total offense allowed, holding opponents to 162 yards per game so far this season.

The Storm defense has allowed the fewest rushing yards in the league this season, giving up just 53 total yards on the ground over the first two games. The team’s four interceptions in 2023 are tied for third most in the league.
