Koffie, 6'1", 200 lbs., will be playing his first season, as a professional, in the Indoor Football League, with the Wranglers. In 2022. Koffie participated in two Rookie Mini Camps in 2022, with the Kansas City Chiefs, and Denver Broncos of the National Football League.
 
Koffie started his collegiate career at North Dakota State University, which is located in Fargo, N.D. After one season, Koffie decided to transfer to New Mexico State University, which is in Las Cruces, N.M. Koffie finished his collegiate career at Northern Colorado University, in Greely, Colo. As a senior, Koffie racked up 30 total tackles, one tackle for loss, and two passes defended, in just seven games. Koffie earned himself the right to play in the East-West Shrine Bowl, which is an All-Star game for college seniors. Koffie also earned a spot on the All-Big Sky Conference squad as a senior. Koffie is still working on obtaining his master's degree in sociology.
 
Koffie is originally from Providence, R.I. He relocated to Knoxville, Tenn., to play football at Knoxville Central High School. Koffie decided to transfer to Milford Academy, a private school which is in New Berlin, N.Y. Koffie cites his early inspiration to start playing football as finding a way out for his family. Koffie stated, "I wanted to help my mom out of poverty. My family didn't have the life that we wanted growing up. We struggled to make it by." Koffie saw a path to make a better life for his family through football.
 
Koffie explained what drives him to continue playing today by saying, "I have always had an underdog mentality. I want to prove that I can compete with the best." Koffie added to this concept by stating, "You have to prove yourself every day when playing football. People will automatically doubt you, and I want to prove doubters wrong."
 
When addressing Wranglers Nation, Koffie stated, "I am looking forward to gaining more knowledge about football (in the IFL), as I am truly a student of the game." Koffie also added to this by saying, "I am very detailed in my technique, and how I play the game. I hope to learn from [Defensive Coordinator] Jason Simpson and [Head Coach] Les Moss about the Indoor game."
 
Koffie closed his message to the Wranglers fans by saying, "I want to show the fans that there is another great player coming to the team and [one that will] help bring back the title."
